At NOMI Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the items in their original NOMI gift box and secure them in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned jewelry, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
